Authenticity

Our company does not deal with, discuss or tolerate the discussion of replica pieces. All timepieces sold by TimeMerlion.com are 100% authentic and brand new. 3rd party dealers on our site are bound by our contract to sell only 100% authentic and brand new products on our site. If you notice any sellers indicating replicas or used (slightly or otherwise), please highlight to us immediately. DO NOT proceed to transact.

Warranty

All watches sold by TimeMerlion.com are covered by an industry leading two-year warranty at no additional cost - unless otherwise stated at point of purchase. TimeMerlion.com and its 3rd party sellers have an extensive purchasing channels which not only includes exclusive distributors but as well as from authorized dealers, distributors, and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry. In these cases, the manufacturer’s warranty may or may not apply. When the manufacturer's warranty may not be available, TimeMerlion will offer its own two-year warranty for your watch on similar terms to the manufacturer's warranty. However, the consumer must retain the original warranty booklet/card. Invoices, receipts and other proof of purchases cannot be used in replacement of the warranty booklet. Otherwise, TimeMerlion &/or the manufacturers' reserve all rights NOT to honour the warranty.

Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong product, please immediately contact TimeMerlion so that we can do the necessary exchange. Should you be unsatisfied with the product for whatever reason (colour not to your liking, didn't imagine it to be so huge/slim/shiny etc etc), we would be pleased to hear from you and assist in an exchange of product. However, you should retain the product & its associated collateral materials. 

Delivery

TimeMerlion takes special care to product items from transportation damages. We utilise a range of international and local couriers. Should you have any preference for shipping methods and/or courier company, please indicate to us before payment. Extra charges may apply should we have to cover greater costs. Please note that delivery may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and restricted zones.

Customs Duty and Taxes

Shipments towards countries apart from Singapore may be liable for customs duties and/or taxes. These charges are imposed by each country's relevant authorities upon the buyer, and are not associated with TimeMerlion.com in any way. Prices indicated does not include the duties and/or taxes in any country expect for Singapore.
